I had a great time at the pool and enjoyed the spacious living room/kitchen in our nice ninth-floor room. The hall outside the breakfast room was a pleasant spot to hang out, but there was some early morning noise from construction in the area.

The front desk staff, especially Mr Villas, were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent complimentary services. However, there were attitude problems from some staff during the daytime.

The location was excellent for me as all the facilities I needed were nearby, from cafes and food restaurants like TGIs, Fridays, Turkish Grill, Nandos, to supermarkets and petrol stations. Being in Juffair, close to American Alley and other top hotels, made it a convenient choice.

How to contact reception from the room was convenient, but the dining experience was less than normal with expired eggs. The timing could be improved for a better dining satisfaction.
